The Milton

The Milton offers either ranch or two level living. With an optional 716 square foot second story which adds 2 bedrooms, a loft and full bath; this model is expandable to 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The options are plentiful in its design! The open floor plan offers plenty of living and dining area as well as a spacious kitchen. A 13' x 28' Master Bedroom means you have plenty of room for a king size bed! Two other bathrooms and a dedicated laundry/mud room make the house very functional. Add the second floor pop-top and you have a large house on a medium house budget!
